Every student will be charged a registration fee of $65 each year.
This fee covers the cost of school expenses and maintenance, such as sheet music, online resources, equipment, and other classroom materials. 

Students are responsible for providing their own instrument (and accessories), computer or tablet, books, and other required materials. Students will periodically be asked to purchase books and other supplies-- These items may be purchased from the School, or the teacher will provide specific information on where to easily purchase them. 

VIRTUAL LESSONS: Tuition is set at a flat monthly rate, regardless of the number of lessons attended during a given month. 
Because learning the piano/violin is meant to be a long-term endeavor, the monthly tuition does not change even during months when holidays, breaks, sick days, and other planned or unplanned cancelations occur. Students should expect to attend an average of 40 lessons each year.
 

IN-PERSON LESSONS: Payment is due at the time lesson is scheduled.
 

Lessons are canceled on most federal holidays, as well as several weeks of vacation throughout the year. 
Breaks are scheduled in advance each year to allow students and teacher to plan vacations accordingly. Visit

Teacher may request up to two (2) non-refundable sick days per year. 
For any additional teacher cancelations, you may reschedule the lesson within 3 months.
 

No refunds or discounts are provided for missed lessons or cancelations.
However, student may request up to two (2) makeup lessons per year. Makeup lesson must be scheduled within 3 months of missed lesson.
 

Tuition is due by the 1st of each month via Venmo, Zelle or PayPal.
Payments made later than the 5th will result in a $20 late fee.

Missed payments may result in student to lose their lesson time slot. Student must pay $65 registration fee again if they wish to continue lessons.
 

Rates for private lessons and group classes are subject to change at any time.
 

Classes may be recorded or photographed for education materials, marketing purposes, and other legal uses, including but not limited to: publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, and website. 
No royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to the student or parents by reason of such.

Photographs and videos of minors will not be used for such purposes unless authorized by the parent.
